Thank you for the opportunity to look at how Keep Safe Care shows up online. You have built what families worry about most into the way you work. Caregivers earn two-thirds of what clients pay, so familiar faces keep coming back. Every visit is checked in by GPS in an app families can follow, there are no contracts or minimums, and the families you serve rate you five stars on Google.
Very little of that is visible where families decide. Your reviews sit on one Central Austin profile, we found no Instagram account, and San Antonio and Dallas are starting from zero. The work here is to make the way you already deliver care impossible to miss.
The nine services that follow are ordered by how fast each one pays back. The website is already built, and Google Ads and your Business Profiles can produce inquiries in the first month while SEO builds underneath. Every service can start on its own, and we are a few miles away on Balcones Drive, so shoots and training happen in person.

Already built for Keep Safe Care
We built four pieces before writing this proposal, so you can judge the work itself. All four are yours on approval, and none has been published.
Website. 20 pages for every service and city, with a care-plan builder, ZIP code checker and request forms.
App promo video. 37 seconds on GPS check-ins, task tracking, photo updates and messages, cut for YouTube and Reels.
Instagram launch grid. A profile and 12 branded posts, including posts built from your real Google reviews.Google Search ad. Ad copy, sitelinks and call details, beside your five-star Business Profile.
Nine services, and what each one gets you
Ordered by how quickly each one pays back. Each can start on its own, and together they help more families find you and make sure every inquiry is answered.
Service oneFirst results: Weeks 1–2
Website development
We launch the 20-page site already built for Keep Safe Care, then keep it fast, measured and current.
What you get
A site that does the selling. Every service, city and question families ask has its own page.
A head start. It is already built, so launch takes weeks.
One home for every channel. Ads, social, video and reviews all point somewhere worth landing.
Service twoFirst results: Months 3–6
Search engine optimization
We build rankings in all three cities and tune your Business Profiles for Google Maps.
What you get
Calls without paying per click. Rankings keep producing inquiries when ad budgets pause.
A presence in every market. San Antonio and Dallas get pages, profiles and reviews of their own.
Value that compounds. Rankings earned in month four are still working in month twenty.
Service threeFirst results: Weeks 2–8
Social media marketing
Instagram and Facebook run as one brand, starting from a 12-post grid already designed.
What you get
The check families do before calling. An active profile shows real people behind the name.
Proof in public. Reviews and app moments families can see without asking.
A recruiting channel. Caregivers see what working with you looks like.
Service fourFirst results: Weeks 2–3
Google Ads
Your name at the top of search and Maps when families look for care. You set the spend.
What you get
Calls in weeks. Campaigns produce inquiries the day they switch on.
Top of the page while SEO builds. Including in San Antonio and Dallas.
Control. Turn spend up when the schedule has room and down when it is full.
Service fiveFirst results: Weeks 4–6
Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram ads for adult children planning a parent’s care, plus recruiting.
What you get
Demand you create. Families know your name before a fall or hospital stay starts the search.
A steady pipeline of caregivers to staff San Antonio and Dallas as they grow.
A second chance at visitors who looked at the site but did not call.
Service sixFirst results: Weeks 3–6
YouTube automation and video editing
A scheduled YouTube channel and short videos for every platform, starting with the app promo.
What you get
Trust before the first call. Families see how care and the app work in under a minute.
One shoot, every channel. The same footage feeds YouTube, Reels, ads and the website.
Search that keeps working. Videos keep being found long after they are posted.
Service sevenFirst results: Weeks 6–12
Custom software development
Tools that connect your website, ads, intake, scheduling and recruiting, so nothing is retyped.
What you get
No inquiry slips through. Every lead lands in one inbox and is followed up.
Hours back for the office. Less retyping and chasing, more time with families.
Decisions on real numbers. See which city, channel and service is growing.
Service eightFirst results: Weeks 1–4
Cybersecurity
Protection for the data behind every visit: client details, caregiver records, schedules and payroll.
What you get
Fewer ways in. Multi-factor sign-in, email filtering and device protection close the common doors.
Continuity. Tested backups and a response plan keep scheduling and payroll running.
Easier insurance reviews. Written controls answer what insurers and partners ask.
Service nineFirst results: Weeks 3–4
BPO: call answering and back office
Live answering after hours and on weekends, plus intake, applicant screening and data entry.
What you get
No inquiry goes to voicemail. Families reach a person when they decide to call.
An office team freed up for clients, caregivers and the work only they can do.
Capacity that grows with you, without hiring more office staff first.
Delivery timeline
Six months from kickoff, with the website live in the first two weeks and the first ad inquiries in month one.
Month 1
Foundation
Website live with tracking. Austin Google Ads, Instagram and the security baseline switched on.
Month 2
Expand
San Antonio and Dallas campaigns, Business Profiles, Meta Ads, after-hours calls and YouTube live.
Month 3
Connect
One inbox for every inquiry. Budget moves to proven searches. First SEO content published.
Month 4
Momentum
More content and links, a quarterly shoot for new reels, and the applicant portal in build.
Month 5
Compounding
Rankings climb across service and city pages. The caregiver applicant portal goes live.
Month 6
Review
Every service reviewed against the kickoff baseline, with a plan for months seven to twelve.
How we will measure success
Every figure is baselined at kickoff and reported monthly in one live dashboard and a short written report. We set targets with you once we have your data. No one can guarantee rankings, client numbers or return on ad spend, so we never promise them.
Inquiries, calls and forms by channel and city
Cost per inquiry and per new client
Rankings and organic visits by city
New Google reviews each month
Social and video reach, caregiver applicants
After-hours calls and security coverage
What we need from you
Admin access to your domain, hosting, Business Profiles, analytics, and ad and social accounts.
A named contact and a 30-minute weekly check-in during launch.
Approval within three business days. Nothing is published without your sign-off.
A half-day shoot each quarter, with written consent from anyone shown.
Assumptions
Ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta, separate from Cyberlabs’ fees.
Every account, page and piece of code stays in Keep Safe Care’s ownership.
No client is shown or named without consent, and call agents never give care advice.
